FormSprint supports all major bar code symbologies including the USPS Intelligent Mail© and PDF417 bar codes . Most bar codes are scalable and can be rotated. Variable data can be easily selected from the Spool Mapper and converting it to a bar code is as easy as indicating the size and width and selecting the desired symbology. Data only appearing once in a spool file can be printed normally as well as converted to a bar code.
Forms with multiple copies can easily be printed through FormSprint. Each copy can be completely different and the form can be printed out as a set or as groups of pages. Copies can be routed to different printers to eliminate the need for manual bursting and distributing. FormSprint Power PDF and Power Email provide conversion of FormSprint output to PDF and automatic emailing. The FormSprint archive data base system provides automatic archiving and CSV files can be created from spool file data concurrent with form processing. |
