FormSprint software and services may be tailored to meet the needs of your organization. For complicated installations with multiple forms TurnKey FormSprint takes the burden off your shoulders. For one quoted price, including travel and expenses, ICS will provide FormSprint software, custom modules if required, forms and any consumables such as check stock and MICR toner plus on-site installation and user training. TurnKey FormSprint will have your dynamic form integration installed, tested and in production quickly with little impact on busy IT personnel.

Those who prefer to do things themselves may choose specific software and services as needed. FormSprint allows you to create and edit forms as necessary. Initial forms may be purchased from ICS and on-site training is also available. Email or fax modules can be added as needed.

FormSprint TM offers those with limited applications the benefits of dynamic form integration at a lower entry cost. FormSprint TM includes forms provided by ICS and software for production printing. Additional forms or form changes are provided by ICS for a nominal fee or you may rent the form editor for form development.

FormSprint 1-Step offers individual form/software pricing. It makes even limited applications easy to cost-justify.

PC Designer

PC Designer provides complete form design and data mapping from Windows PCs. Import a spool file page and visually design your form around it. Remap spool file data with drag & drop simplicity. Convert graphic files (jpeg or bmp) using the built-in conversion tool or import existing FormSprint graphics. Your form is saved on the System i in the same place as forms created using the FormSprint editor and can be modified by the FormSprint editor. PC Designer is an optional program and requires v200801 or higher.

FormSprintCV

FormSprintCV provides conversion of electronic forms to PDF or TIFF format and display of forms and data on a PC screen to assist form development. FormSprintCV is server-based software to take the overhead from the PDF or TIFF conversion off the AS/400. The result is rapid conversion even of large files.

FormSprintCV also displays the PCL output of FormSprint on a PC screen, either from the form definition screens or after merging the form with data. This gives the form developer a quick view of their form or form and data without having to print it out while preserving the precision and ease of use inherent in the FormSprint form editor.

PDF/TIF Conversion Module

With the PDF/TIF Conversion Module, FormSprint output can be automatically converted to a PDF or TIF file and placed in a shared folder. The file can then be accessed by a PC through Client Access for on-screen viewing, emailing as an attachment, or graphic processing on the PC.

The PDF/TIF Conversion Module also permits on-screen viewing from the form flash editor during form development.

Fax and Email

ICS is a reseller for KeyesMail and KeyesFax. FormSprint easily integrates with both products to provide seamless, automatic emailing and faxing.

KeyesMail is a full function automated email package for the System i, (iSeries, AS/400). It allows your System i applications, 5250 terminals, PC mail clients, or any browser to exchange Internet email, with attachments.

KeyesFax is a full function imaging and automated fax system for the System i (iSeries, AS/400). It combines both a send and receive facsimile processing system with a complete image package plus a highly flexible information manager.

Signature Capture

FormSprint provides signature capture with the Topaz Systems, Inc. ClipGem Clipboard Series Tablets. Signatures can be captured along with any annotations to create a unique graphic which will print out on the desired FormSprint form automatically. The full page form display allows signatures and annotations anywhere on the form which ties the graphic to the particular form for added security. Topaz ClipGem tablets are $395 each including PC interface software.
